Description:
D-calcium pantothenate is an organic substance with a chemical formula of C18H32O10N2Ca. It is easily soluble in water and glycerin, but insoluble in alcohol, chloroform and ether. Used in medicine, food and feed additives.
Applications:
Calcium D-Pantothenate is a component of coenzyme A. It participates in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, maintains skin and mucous membranes, improves the color of hair (or feathers) and prevents the occurrence of diseases, especially the growth and development of poultry, livestock and fish. The synthesis and decomposition of fat are essential for the demand for Calcium D-Pantothenate .
